we have 24 hours return policy.

Kindly take a video of opening the package. We take replacement only if the product is damaged when delivered. Send us the video to bareleecovered@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will not be able to process any return or exchange if we are not notified in the given time period. Without valid proof, we do not give refunds/replacements.

Once the return is approved, we will send you the replacement of the same product.

Once a refund is processed it will be back to source within 5-12 working days.

We offer a complete refund only in case of the unavailability of the same product.

In case your return is accepted, you need to immediately send the product back to our address (courier charges need to be borne by the customer).

All loss or damage while returning from the customer is their responsibility. We will not be liable for any such incidents.

When we receive the returned item, it will inspected to ensure everything is present and in it’s in original condition and then the refund will be processed accordingly.
